Veggie bo good

Veggie bo bun

Instead of spring rolls, we just as like putting tempeh or pieces of lupine steak in it but it has less of an Asian taste, let's admit it !

So hop, we're putting ourselves on Asian time for a good cause (oui, because it's Chinese New Year on Monday) and we prepare a super quick salad to make, although I'm pretty sure you're all addicted to it already !

Ah but no, not weird at all! There are lots of people who don't like it, or even who maintain a fierce hatred for the thing, so much so that scientists looked into it and discovered that for some people (on I don't know what basis anymore, probably genetic), coriander has a taste associated with soap! It seems that consuming it mixed makes this effect disappear., but good, if you don't like it, no reason to force yourself either!

So then you hit the nail on the head, that’s exactly it, I think it tastes like soap (I need to look for this study !) !!!
