Leek crumble with walnuts {sans gluten}

Emilie and lea's Secrets

Crumble de poireaux aux noix et à la farine de sarrasin {sans gluten}

Ingredients (pour 2)

  • 1 filet d’huile d’olive
  • 1 noix de beurre
  • Salt and pepper

For the crumble

  • 50 g buckwheat flour
  • 15 g brown rice flour
  • 50 g of butter
  • 50 g chopped walnuts
  • Salt and pepper

Description

To make the crumble, sand all the ingredients with your fingertips and set aside in the fridge.

    Verdict of the kine, this recipe looks quite appetizing, successful challenge ! I realize it very quickly. FYI last week I made a squash crumble (spicy cumin, curry, shallots) goat cheese with a little gomasio and sunflower seeds in the dough. Pretty good. see you soon with your good recipes
