Leek crumble with walnuts {sans gluten}
Crumble de poireaux aux noix et à la farine de sarrasin {sans gluten}
Ingredients (pour 2)
- 2 leeks
- 10 tbsp oat cream
- 1 filet d’huile d’olive
- 1 noix de beurre
- Salt and pepper
For the crumble
- 50 g buckwheat flour
- 15 g brown rice flour
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g chopped walnuts
- Salt and pepper
Description
To make the crumble, sand all the ingredients with your fingertips and set aside in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Finely chop the leeks, wash them and melt them over a low heat, covered, in a pan with a little oil and butter. Let it cook 15 minutes and stir occasionally. Add the oat cream, season and divide into ramekins.
Add the crumble on top and bake 25 minutes.
Enjoy hot !
