Cette semaine là dans mon panier de légumes j’avais des pommes et de la rhubarbe. Après avoir réalisé mille et une recettes autour de la rhubarbe, j’avais simplement envie d’un bon crumble pour juste profiter de ces bons fruits. L’amande vient apporter un peu de croquant et se marie à merveille avec la pomme et la rhubarbe, vous pouvez remplacer les amandes effilées par de la poudre d’amandes si vous n’en avez pas (tout est adaptable !) !!!

Parfait pour le goûter du mercredi après-midi avec les enfants, a duo or a solo (well yes you have to know how to be greedy) !

To be served warm or cold with a spoonful of fresh cream, yogurt or just like that !!!

Apple-rhubarb and almond crumble

Ingredients (pour 4)

  • 400 g rhubarb
  • 4 pommes type braeburn
  • 30 g of butter

For the crumble

  • 100 g of flour
  • 100 g of butter
  • 50 g slivered almonds
  • 50 g cane sugar
Description

Peel and cut the apples into large chunks and do the same with the rhubarb. Put everything in a pan with the butter and let stew 10 min on low heat.

Meanwhile prepare the crumble. To do this, put all the ingredients together in a bowl and sand the preparation with your fingertips to obtain the crumble..

Preheat the oven to 170°.

Put the fruits in a baking dish then add the crumble on top.

Bake 35 min.
