Corsican chestnut flan {sans gluten}

Corsican chestnut flan {sans gluten}

Ingredients (pour 6-8)

  • 1 litre de lait frais entier
  • 6  large eggs
  • 180 g cane sugar

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

In a salad bowl, mix together the chestnut flour and the rest of the milk.

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar to obtain a frothy mixture.

Remove the vanilla pod, Bring the milk to the boil again and immediately pour it over the flour-milk mixture.. Mix well as the mixture will thicken.

Then pour this mixture over the eggs and stir.

Put the flan in a bain-marie dish and put it in the oven 50 min.

Flan corse à la châtaigne

Book cool 2 h before tasting.

    With hazelnut milk for example, your flan must be divine too … do you think it could work ?? Yum ! Except that I had enough chestnut flour I think :/
    Gourmet kisses !!

      Oh yes with top-notch vegetable milk but perhaps with a neutral milk such as rice or spelled to leave the chestnut as the main “star” !
      XOXO <3
