Brown chocolate fondant with olive oil {sans gluten- without milk}

Fondant chocolat marron

Yes, you read the title correctly. , it says olive oil, but what's wrong with him to put us olive oil with chocolate that one ?! Well it's just that since I discovered the association chocolate-olive oil, I make my chocolate fondant without butter, and even if it intrigues you, repugnant, disgusts… I can assure you that it is really very good. So well, I think all you have to do is test it to get to the bottom of it. !

And then Christmas is only in 4 days now, so i hope everything is ready for you (otherwise good luck !) and if it's the case (or not), then you can also make this recipe as a taste !!!

    Personally it's not olive oil (southern recipes have some desserts with olive oil) but chestnuts that made me wince I was afraid it was chestnut cream (that I can't stand) => I think I will try one of these four, I love to taste new chocolate cakes
