Goat cheese toast, honey and nuts

Je sers simplement mes tartines avec une salade verte, a vegetable salad or soup to balance it out a bit (yes because there it is still cheese sandwiches we are talking about !). But these goat cheese sandwiches, honey and nuts can also be served as an aperitif, you just need to cut them into thirds or quarters. And as I am a fan of sandwiches, I'll be back very soon with a gourmet toast in vegetable mode.

And you your favorite sandwiches, what are they for ?!

  • I say yes
goat fan, how not to succumb.
I sometimes make this kind of recipe by replacing the honey with quince jam, a delight.
