White Bean Balls {vegan}

Cette recette de boulettes, It's like a little black dress, She goes with everything !
With tomato sauce and spaghetti, in a buddha bowl, in pitas or bagels with Sauce Tahiné or with rice and a creamy mushroom sauce… I sell you dreams there no ?! The advantage of its vegetable dumplings, compared to falafel, It is that they are super fast to do because the white beans are already cooked(No need for soaking and everything and everything). The dumplings can also freeze once cooked (to be deflected in the oven at 150 °) and use later, You can easily double the quantities if you have room at the Congèl ’, It will do that to you less to prepare for later !

26.1.21Mmmmm I just came across this recipe by looking for a pancake dough without milk! I had already tried the "steaks" with red beans (another source) But I had not succeeded well… They crumbled. The dumplings may be better! I can't wait to try! Thank you to the designer of this blog… I had a good time of culinary escape 🙂

How much
22.6.24Tested several times and always as successful ! This afternoon I accompanied them with rice and homemade tomato sauce. Verdict: None will go to the Congel. I have a darling meat fan and 2 small 3 ans, including one that almost never affects its meat (He even sorts his carbo's bacon, that is to say).
So thank you .
