Churros con chocolate {without milk – sans gluten}

« Quoi une recette de churros juste après Pâques mais elle est folle ?! » C’est surement ce que vous êtes en train de vous dire en voyant ces photos mai non rassurez vous je ne suis pas folle ! En réalité j’ai juste un peu raté le coche de mardi gras (oui j’avoue que j’avais été un peu ambitieuse et avec bébé je n’ai pas eu le temps de taper cette foutue recette !) ou en plus de la recette des donuts je voulais vous présenter cette recette de churros, and then I said to myself that the chocolate sauce on the churros could possibly help you recycle some Easter chocolate if you ever came close to overdosing ! Brief, for those who did not have hyperglycemia yesterday, so here is a little recipe for gluten-free churros. I don't know about you but I love churros, I relate that to the funfair (which is currently taking place here, you see I'm not totally off topic !), little pleasure from my childhood.
As I write my 2 girls don't want to nap, one cries and the other calls me so with that I leave you !

- 100 g rice flour
- 70 g corn flour
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 70 g vegetable margarine
- 3 eggs
- 220 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 liter of neutral vegetable oil for frying
- Sugar
- FOR THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE
- 120 g dark chocolate
- 10 cl of soy cream
- For the churros dough, heat the water, sugar, salt and margarine together in a saucepan. When everything is well melted, add the flours all at once and mix using a wooden spoon. Put the dough in a bowl and let it rest 3 minutes.
- Then add the eggs one by one into the dough, stirring well between each with a wooden spoon. Then pour the dough into a fluted piping bag.
- Heat the oil to 180°.
- Poach the churros above the oil bath and cut them using scissors. Let it cook 3-4 minutes then remove onto absorbent paper before rolling them in sugar.
- Melt the chocolate and soy cream in a bain-marie to obtain a smooth cream..
- Serve the churros with the chocolate sauce.
