Oatmeal and chocolate cookies {vegan}
But I think they are really nice (We even went to have a drink together !!!) !
If other recipes try you, I had already concocted you Banana vegan cookies which are also very very good !

- 250 g rolled oats
- 100 g ground almonds
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
- 5 cl of coconut oil
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/2 little spoon of salt
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Mix together the dry ingredients that are oatmeal, almond powder,yeast and salt.
- Then add the crushed bananas and the oil then mix.
- Finish by adding the chocolate chips.
- Form cookies using an ice cream spoon, By arranging them on a baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes.

Bon cookies !

22.3.20I was looking for a recipe to make with very mature bananas : cette recette est parfaite, greedy, tasty. She even convinced my lover, which is resistant to vegan pastries. Thank you so much.
