Witch Hat Cookies {Halloween}
« C’est ça Halloween, c’est ça Halloween, Halloween ! Halloween ! Halloween ! Halloween ! I assure you the list of ingredients is much simpler and tastier, there is notably pumpkin puree in the cookie dough because it is well known that witches love pumpkins (it even seems that they are their evil companions during Halloween night).
If you ever plan to make a whole buffet of little terrors to chew on, I also have in stock mummies, THE spiders and the ghosts…. boo !!!

- 240 g of flour T65
- 120 g cane sugar
- 110 g vegetable margarine
- 100 g pumpkin purée
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- FOR THE GLAZE
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 150 g of soy cream
- Colorful sugar pearls (optional)
- Beat the margarine with the sugar, salt and vanilla to obtain a creamy mixture. Add the pumpkin puree and mix. Then pour in the flour and yeast then mix to form a homogeneous dough. Book cool 30 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Form balls of dough the size of a small golf ball and arrange them, spacing them well, on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Press the center of the cookies with your thumb to form a hole.
- Bake 13 minutes.
- Prepare the chocolate ganache, for that, bring the cream to the boil then remove from the heat and add the chocolate, emulsifying the mixture well. Put in a piping bag with a smooth nozzle and set aside to cool. 30 minutes.
- Finish by garnishing the cooled cookies with chocolate ganache to form the top of the hat.
- Decorate with small beads if you wish.
