Zucchini stuffed with feta and basil

Ces courgettes farcies à la feta sont une idée de Monsieur ! Oui car ce soir là, je lui ai demandé ce qu’il allait me faire à manger car j’avais vraiment la flemme (je n’ai pas peur de le dire !) de faire le dîner. Et même si Monsieur n’a pas fait complétement le dîner, il m’a aidé dans la préparation ! Et puis je sais pas, mais ces petites courgettes farcies m’ont beaucoup plu en plat principal et je me suis dit qu’elles seraient aussi pas mal en guise d’apéro ou d’entrée tout comme les petites aubergines grillées .
You can obviously complete this dish, serving it with a good spicy semolina, quinoa or bulgur for example, yes like that men will still have the impression of not only eating vegetables !!!


Zucchini stuffed with feta and basil
Ingredients (pour 4 people)
- 8 To 12 small zucchini (yellow and green)
- 300 g of feta
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper
- 1 filet d’huile d’olive
- Salt and pepper
Description
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise then scoop out the inside with a small spoon.. Arrange them on a baking tray.
Mix together the feta, chopped basil, Espelette pepper and season.
Drizzle some olive oil on top.
Bake 20 minutes.
