Coconut crumble with mango and pineapple

Crumble coco

Coconut crumble with mango and pineapple

Ingredients (pour 2)

  • 1 mangue mûre
  • 1/4 d’ananas
  • Le jus d’un citron vert
  • 40 g cane sugar

For the crumble

  • 60 g of flour
  • 50 g of butter
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 15 g grated coconut

Description

Peel the mango and pineapple then cut them into cubes. Add the lime juice and sugar, mix and leave to macerate in the fridge for one hour.

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Meanwhile prepare the crumble. For that, put all the ingredients together in a salad bowl and sand the mixture with your fingertips to obtain the crumble.

Put the marinated fruits in a baking dish and cover with the crumble.

Bake 30 minutes.
