Double chocolate cookies {vegan}

This recipe was born after purchasing a chocolate bar with fleur de sel, chocolate that I didn't really like as is, so I had the idea of cookies. And what's better than chocolate cookies?, both soft and shortbread… just thinking about it makes me want to run into the kitchen to start another round of it !

- 180 g T80 flour
- 155 g of dark chocolate with fleur de sel
- 100 g whole sugar
- 80 g of coconut oil
- 40 g vegetable margarine
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable milk
- 1 pinch of baking soda
- 1 pinch of vanilla powder
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- Put the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla and bicarbonate in a salad bowl then add the margarine in pieces and the coconut oil. Work by hand or in a robot fitted with a sheet then add the vegetable milk to form a smooth paste..
- Break the chocolate with fleur de sel into pieces then add them to the dough, mix.
- Book cool 15 minutes
- Shape the cookies using an ice cream scoop then place them on a baking tray, spacing them well apart.
- Bake 12 minutes.

Bon double chocolate cookies !

1.5.15Good evening,
Dark chocolate with fleur de sel, it is not chocolate specially for cooking?? This is classic tasting chocolate? You have a specific brand?
And for coconut oil, can be replaced with normal oil or butter?
Thank you very much for this beautiful recipe, she makes her mouth water!!
Emilie
1.5.15I confirm it is indeed tasting chocolate. Personally I buy the Kaoka brand in organic grocery stores but I believe it also exists in supermarkets.. For the coconut oil, you can replace it with margarine, or butter but it will no longer be vegan !

20.5.15I would have liked to try this recipe for my daughter who is allergic to PVC.. But I struggle to find chocolate without traces of milk, Does the one you are using contain it or not??
Emilie
21.5.15I manage to find chocolate without traces of milk and can find it in kosher grocery stores, otherwise vegan chocolate can be ordered online.. It’s true that a lot of chocolate contains traces of milk. !
