Double chocolate cookies {vegan}

Double chocolate cookies

This recipe was born after purchasing a chocolate bar with fleur de sel, chocolate that I didn't really like as is, so I had the idea of cookies. And what's better than chocolate cookies?, both soft and shortbread… just thinking about it makes me want to run into the kitchen to start another round of it !

    I'm sure my other half and his family will like it. ! Well I don't have all the ingredients for a vegan version but I'm sure I can make do with what the in-laws have.

    Good evening,
    Dark chocolate with fleur de sel, it is not chocolate specially for cooking?? This is classic tasting chocolate? You have a specific brand?
    And for coconut oil, can be replaced with normal oil or butter?
    Thank you very much for this beautiful recipe, she makes her mouth water!!

      I confirm it is indeed tasting chocolate. Personally I buy the Kaoka brand in organic grocery stores but I believe it also exists in supermarkets.. For the coconut oil, you can replace it with margarine, or butter but it will no longer be vegan !

    I would have liked to try this recipe for my daughter who is allergic to PVC.. But I struggle to find chocolate without traces of milk, Does the one you are using contain it or not??

      I manage to find chocolate without traces of milk and can find it in kosher grocery stores, otherwise vegan chocolate can be ordered online.. It’s true that a lot of chocolate contains traces of milk. !
