Flognarde pears and almonds {without milk}

L’époque des fruits d’automne est bien installée et les variétés de poires se font de plus en plus nombreuses sur les étales des marchés. I love them fars, THE flognardes et autres gâteaux à base de pâte à crêpe, alors je vous ai concocté une petite version toute simple à base de poires et d’amandes.
Les amandes arrivent aussi avec l’automne et ont milles vertus, alors à croquer ou en cuisine pensez-y !
Flognarde pears and almonds {without milk}
Ingredients
- 180 g of flour
- 80 g cane sugar
- 20 g of whole almond powder
- 2 pears
- 3 eggs
- 45 cl vegetable milk (here rice milk)
- 30 g slivered almonds
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Un peu de beurre
Description
Preheat the oven to 180°.
In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the sugars until frothy. Pour in the flour and almond powder, mix, then add the milk little by little.
Peel the pears, cut them four, hollow them out then cut them into small quarters.
Butter a baking dish, put the pears in then cover with the preparation. Then add the flaked almonds on top.
Bake 40 min.

Serve warm or cold sprinkled with a little icing sugar !
