Ça n’est pas le premier gâteau au yaourt que vous voyez passer sur le blog, il y avait déjà eu le gâteau au yaourt aux myrtilles ainsi que le gâteau au yaourt renversé aux pommes et carambars mais il n’y en avait pas un sans lait ! Bah oui quelle drôle d’idée pour un gâteau au yaourt justementOui mais quand on a envie d’un gâteau rapidement préparé pour le goûter (les envies de sucré, it doesn't wait !) et simple à faire, et qu’on ne peux pas manger de lait, ben on avise et on met un yaourt de soja à la place ! Alors ça y est, I start a new "milk" section, with a version of this ultra -known cake.

And then, I can't wait for Mini-Mademoiselle to taste her mom's good cakes…!

Gâteau au yaourt aux pommes {sans lait}

To you can…yogurt of course !!!

Apple yoghurt Cake {without milk}

Ingredients (for a cake)

  • 1 soy yogurt
  • 3 semi-complete flour pots
  • 1 Roux cane sugar jar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 vegetable oil pot
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 2 Pinches of powdered vanilla
  • 2 apples (type golden)

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Empty the yogurt pot into a bowl to use for your measurements. Book.

Beat the eggs and sugar together until the mixture turns white.. Add the yogurt and oil. Then add the flour, yeast and vanilla then mix intimately.

Peel and cut the apples into pieces and add them to the dough, mix.

Pour the dough into a non-stick.

Bake 30 minutes.

Unmold the cake and taste once cool by sprinkling it with icing sugar !

    We have the same tips 😉 With soy milk the result was softer than with rice milk, And almond milk gave it a good taste. You have already tried rice milk pancakes? A delight too!
