Upside-down yogurt cake with apples and carambars

Quoi de plus classique et régressif qu’un gâteau au yaourt ?! Il a le goût de notre enfance, SO, l’associer à des pommes et des caramels c’était pour moi trop tentant (bah oui on ne se refait pas !) ! J’avais fait ce gâteau au yaourt renversé aux pommes pour mon équipe de bad’ (rassurez vous je n’en fais plus mais je reste leur capitaine !) et grands enfants qu’ils sont tous, they loved it ! Si vous voulez changer, il y aussi les recettes aux myrtilles et aux pommes sans lait.
Moelleux, fondant et régressif à souhait… humm c’est juste trop bon !!!

Upside-down yogurt cake with apples and carambars®
Ingredients (pour 1 springform pan)
- 1 natural yogurt
- 2 jars of flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 pot of sugar cane
- 1 jar of ground almonds
- 1 pot of crème fraîche
- 1 packet of yeast
- 4 apples
- 6 carambars®
- 30 g of butter
Description
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Prepare the apples, peel them and cut them into large wedges. Put them to brown in a pan with the butter, laissez 5 minutes by turning them then add the carambars®. Cook for 7 minutes covered, while the caramels melt and caramelize the apples. Put the apples at the bottom of the springform pan
Pour the yogurt into a bowl and set aside. Clean the pot to measure the other ingredients.
Beat the eggs with the pot of sugar until the mixture becomes foamy.
Then pour in the flour, almond powder and yeast, stir gently then add the yogurt and crème fraîche.
Pour the batter over the apples and bake 35 minutes.

let stand 5 minutes then unmold the cake.
