Soft apple cake, almonds and sheep's yogurt

Soft apple cake, almonds and sheep's yogurt

- 1 yaourt au lait de brebis
- 2 apples
- 2 jars of flour
- 1 pot 1/2 de sucre rapadura

- 1/2 pot d'huile
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. at c. bicarbonate of soude
- 1 pinch of salt
Description

In a salad bowl mix together the flour, sugar, almond powder, baking soda and salt.

25.1.26Hello Emily, this recipe is delicious, I made a variation by compoting my apples into squares with a little sugar, added some walnuts and raisins and for the result it was much more pleasant for me and for the people with whom I shared this cake baked in a cake mold. I was worried that the smell of olive oil would be too present but that was not the case. I will make this recipe again very soon and I can't wait to try a variation with chestnuts. Good for you.
