Voilà une recette que tout le monde adore ici, j’ai nommée les gaufres au levain ! Good at the same time, qui n’aime pas les gaufres, hein ?! Si vous avez du levain chez vous c’est la recette qu’il vous faut, ici je fais la pâte avec du levain rafraîchi mais ça marche aussi avec le levain écarté. Franchement je crois que c’est ma meilleure recette de gaufres, le levain les rend à la fois moelleuse et aérées et croustillantes sur le dessus, happiness what !

sourdough waffles {vegan}

POUR 1 Tens

  • 300 g of flour T65

  • 5 cl of neutral oil
  • 100 g chilled sourdough
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
