Pea Hummus {vegan – sans gluten}

Oui je sais, ça vous donne envie d’un bon apĂ©ro, c’est le but… so why not make one tonight for the end of the weekend (yes everything is good as an excuse to have an aperitif !) ?!

    Thank you for this recipe which really tempts me. A stupid little question : rehydrated chickpeas, these are indeed chickpeas that we left to soak in water overnight ? Merci.

    It gives me ideas. A hummus of. edamame.
    But you add water which comes from where? It wasn't mentioned in your recipe..

    Hey, it’s stupid but I’ve never tasted raw peas (and I never even thought about it !) That intrigues me ^^

    I canned chickpeas! Maybe it’s not as “natural”, but it gives a good result.

    Bonjour,
    thank you very much for this recipe. However, I have a slightly ridiculous question.… You note “fresh peas”, but they must be cooked just like chickpeas?
    Thank you in advance for your answer

      Peas are good added raw to hummus, this question is not ridiculous it is me who is not specified !!!

    A true delight! Lighter than classic hummus, and a first for the use of raw peas as far as I am concerned. I put it in every meal this weekend, even at breakfast, on a corn pancake, my my.
