Chocolate chip muffin {without milk}

Et bien le résultat est vraiment bien, a muffin that makes you want to go back even if I must admit that just one is enough to be full (finally it all depends on the level of satiation to be achieved !!!).
Anyway, these little chocolate chip muffins will be devoured in no time by you or your dear little ones (or brown, redheads…) !

- 190 g wholemeal flour
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 80 g cane sugar
- 2 eggs
- 9 cl vegetable milk
- 5 cl of coconut oil
- 1 baking powder
- 1 pinch of vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven to 180°.
- In a salad bowl, mix together the dry flour ingredients, sugar, the yeast, vanilla and salt.
- In another container, beat the eggs then add the oil and vegetable milk. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix without overworking the dough..
- Add the chocolate chips and mix.
- Pour the mixture into a non-stick muffin tin.
- Bake 25 min.
