Comme je l’expliquais dans la recette du banana bread, je me retrouve souvent avec de la banane trop mûre sur les bras alors pour ne pas les jeter, je les cuisine ! Alors après milles et une recettes à la banane (non…je n’exagère pas !!!), voici des muffins bicolores tous mignons.Ces muffins chocolat banane ne sont pas seulement bicolores mais aussi bi-texturés car oui le côté banane est moelleux et le côté chocolat ressemble plus à un brownie.J’ai vraiment adoré ces muffins et ils étaient toujours aussi bons quelques jours après !

Perfect for a regressive snack with a good glass of milk or a gourmet dessert !

Banana chocolate muffins with brown vergeoise

Ingredients (pour 12 muffins)

  • 180 g of flour
  • 120 g of brown vergeoise
  • 80 g softened butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 90 g good dark chocolate
  • 1 c. at c. yeast
  • 1/2 c. at c. bicarbonate of soude
  • 1/2 c. at c. of sel

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

Beat the softened butter and the sugar mixture together then add the eggs.

Then add the flour, the yeast, the bicarbonate and salt then mix without overworking the dough.

Separate the preparation in two then add the previously melted chocolate to one and the crushed bananas to the other.

Divide a tablespoon of each preparation into muffin molds to make a two-tone muffin !

Bake 15 minutes.
