New York City Cheesecake

So creamy and just perfect (« tellement crémeux et juste parfait ») je ne sais pas quoi dire de plus… Ce cheesecake est vraiment la recette parfaite de cheesecake et en plus c’est ultra facile à réaliser !
Une bonne fête à toutes les mamans et surtout à la mienne, alors bonne fête maman!
New York City Cheesecake
Ingredients
Pour le streusel
- 160 g of flour
- 100 g of brown vergeoise
- 130 g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
Pour la garniture
- 750 g de Philadelphia
- 75 grams of sugar
- 2 sachets de sucre vanillé
- 3 œufs + 1 jaune
- 14 cl of liquid cream
- Des framboises

Description
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Pour le streusel, mélangez tous les ingrédients ensemble et pétrissez du bout des doigts. Répartissez le mélange dans le fond d’un moule à fond amovible. Bake for 15 min puis réservez.
During this time, beat the eggs with the sugars then add the cream and Philadelphia cheese and mix to obtain a smooth mixture.
Pour the cream over the streusel and bake 15 min at 200°.
At the end of 15 min lower the oven to 100° and let it cook 1 hour more.
At the end of cooking, turn off the oven and let the cheesecake rest. 40 min inside, then let it cool to room temperature.
Put in the fridge for 6 minimum hours.

To taste it, take it out of the fridge a little before, unmold and decorate with raspberries, a delight !

I believe that this dessert has now become a great classic that we never tire of making.. Besides, I don’t really know why there was such a craze for this cake overnight but it doesn’t really matter as long as it’s good :)

3.6.12Thank you all. C’est vrai que le cheesecake est devenu un grand classique mais il n’est pas toujours facile à réaliser. Ce qui est bien avec ce dessert, c’est qu’on peut le décliner sous une multitude de formes.
