White chocolate panna cotta

Rien de plus simple comme dessert maison qu’une panna cotta ! Mais cette fois c’est une panna cotta au chocolat blanc que je vous propose aujourd’hui, et je n’aurais jamais réalisée cette recette si je n’avais pas achetée du chocolat blanc pour une autre recette, autre recette qui soit dit en passant a raté !!! Donc je me retrouve avec du chocolat blanc dans mes placards et je me dis qu’il serait dommage de ne pas l’utiliser en cuisine (car oui j’aurais pu le manger comme ça !). Et puis tant qu’on y est, let's restore white chocolate to its former glory because it is certainly not chocolate strictly speaking but it still deserves when we reconsider it in cooking (long live white chocolate !) !
Well, to make it really simple, there are only three ingredients that make up this recipe., and there is no sugar because white chocolate serves as it, that's not great ?! So I don't leave you the choice of very but very quickly to try this recipe, because this little dessert is just the best !!!

And then if you don't like white chocolate but you love panna cotta, don't panic there is also one on the blog vanilla panna cotta.
White chocolate panna cotta
Ingredients (pour 4 ramekins)
- 50 whipping cream
- 80 g of white chocolate
- 2 Gelatin sheets
- Jam of your choice
Description
For the panna cotta, gently heat the cream in a saucepan with the white chocolate pieces.
Soften the gelatin in cold water. Drain it then add it to the cream.
Pour the mixture into ramekins and set aside 2 cool hour.

Enjoy with jam of your choice on top (raspberries for me !).

Yes, that's what I usually do, but I didn't want to boil my cream before adding the white chocolate because I would have had to wait for it to cool., laziness what !!!

You can simply find sheet gelatin at the local supermarket in the pastry section. !
