Asparagus and basil pasta {vegan}
Ah les pâtes…Monsieur adore ça mais à la différence de moi, lui pourrait les manger comme ça, only with a drizzle of olive oil. Good but me, as I don't really want to eat plain pasta, yes it's not folichon folichon natural pasta (another rotten expression !), well, I have to find an accompaniment that is easy to make and quick. Otherwise Monsieur quickly accuses me of wanting to do gastro’ (gourmet eh, not the disease !) !!! So here is a recipe far from complicated, but at least it will give you ideas when the asparagus season returns (yes I know we will have to wait 1 an) !
- 200 grams of pasta (here semi-complete feathers)
- 1/2 bunch of asparagus
- 1/2 bunch of basil
- Olive oil
- 2 spring onions
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the asparagus and cut them into chunks. 8 cm environ. Bake them 7 minutes in salted boiling water.
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
- During this time, heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and quickly drizzle the drained asparagus and the spring onions, sliced beforehand. add salt and pepper.
- Chop the basil and add it off the heat.
- Add the pasta to the skillet, stir and serve.
