Strawberry Pie {vegan}
Contrary to what I thought about the base, The dough cuts very well and is not soggy by the garnish, Yes I was a little afraid of the thing like I cut and everything is the trunk in the tatter !
All you have to do is find the last apples and a beautiful strawberry basket to make this little recipe. To be enjoyed with a good cup of tea or a coffee, with the rotten weather he does, It will at least give us a little morale !

- 500 g strawberries
- 3 apples
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- FOR THE DOUGH
- 380 g T80 flour
- 180 g vegetable margarine
- 10 cl of cold water
- 4 tablespoons of whole sugar
- Prepare the dough by sandblasting by hand or in a food processor fitted with a sheet, flour, sugar and margarine. Then add the water gradually and work to form a smooth paste.. Make a ball and keep cool 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200° on the bottom.
- During this time, Cut the strawberries in half then peel and cut the apples into cubes.
- Put the fruits in a saucepan with the sugar then cook over low heat 10 minutes.
- Lower them 2/3 dough on 4 mm thick then darken it in a pie mold leaving the excess
- Put the previously drained fruits of their juice on the bottom of the pie.
- Roll out the rest of the dough then cut strips of 2 cm wide and arrange them nicely on top.
- Weld the outline of the dough with a fork then cut the excess with a knife.
- Sprinkle the pie with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar.
- Bake 15 minutes at 200° then lower the oven to 170° and cook 30 more minutes.

Thanks to Hunter Rabbit For this nice blue watercolor cloth.

16.6.15This pie is so beautiful, I would love to test it with raspberries. Do you think margarine can be replaced by an oil? And if so, In what proportions? =)
Emilie
16.6.15Oh yes with raspberries, Yum ! Yes even if the rendering of the dough will not be quite the same, You can replace the margarine with oil by removing approximately 20%. So it gives about 14 cl of oil and you will probably need less water, to have.
