Ces derniers temps je suis très légumes rôtis au four, d’une parce c’est d’une simplicité enfantine (je n’ai pas dis de laisser les enfants cuisiner pour vous ou de les laisser jouer avec le four !) et que c’est vraiment savoureux. Cette fois c’est pommes de terre et carottes rôties car oui je vous avait déjà cuisiné des carottes rôties ! J’adore ce mode de cuisson, tous les sucs des légumes sont concentrés et avec Monsieur on se régale à coup sûr avec une bonne tranche de pain de campagne pour écraser l’ail confit dessus (oh the foodies !) !!!

And then we must honor the beautiful wilted carrots that we find at the moment and then even if summer is over (sniff !), carrots are always good for prolonging your tan, to make your butt rosy or to make you lovable (be careful don't make me say what I didn't say…) !

Who are the good vegetables for? ?!

Oven roasted potatoes and carrots

Ingredients (pour 4 people)

  • 1 small bunch of top carrots
  • 600 g of new potatoes
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 1 filet d’huile d’olive
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Wash the carrots, rub them but don't peel them.

Wash the potatoes then cut them into quarters or halves depending on their size.

Cut the garlic into pieces but keep the cloves in their shirts. Arrange all the vegetables in a baking dish.

Add a pinch of sugar and a drizzle of olive oil then season.

Bake 35 minutes.

    This time you don't whiten 10 min the carrots? Finally what do you prefer? roasted carrots, bleached or not?

      Yes it’s true that I didn’t blanch the carrots this time, I like both versions although it’s true that I used smaller carrots the second time !
