Cherry tomato crustless quiche, feta and basil {sans gluten}

It is perfect for your quick lunches or for a small starter or an aperitif with friends this weekend if you make it in a mini version..

Cherry tomato crustless quiche, feta and basil {sans gluten}

Ingredients

  • Twenty cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 c. to s. brown rice flour
  • 2 little swiss
  • 20 cl of milk
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 50 g of feta
  • 1/2 bunch of chopped basil
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Preheat the oven to 180°.

In a salad bowl, beat the eggs then add the Swiss rolls and the flour. Add the milk and mix.

Then add the gruyère, the basil and the feta into pieces then season.

Put the cherry tomatoes in a pie dish then pour the dough on top.

Bake 25 minutes.

    Looks delicious as usual !

  • I'm a bit like you, when Mr. Strawberry Basil is not there, it’s often a piece of cheese in front of the TV ! (and since he is not there 1 evening on 3, it happens often !)

    If I hadn't turned my head towards the window, I could have thought I was in summer with your recipe (but no, it’s very gray outside !)

    See you soon girls !

    Oh the quiche without dough, this is really a classic with us. It's true that when you're alone(e) it is difficult to embark on preparations (kind of blanquette that you will eat for a week)… In any case, your solo tv set had color !

      Baf yes it was necessary to cheer up all the same !!! For me it was a first try the quiche without dough and I would do it again !!!

    I wanted to make it this weekend but I wanted to know in a mold of what diameter you made it and if that was not a little bit for a dinner for 3 people with a salad (and a cake for dessert ^^)

      The mold used was approx. 18 cm in diameter. I think for a dinner for three it may be enough (it all depends on the eaters) but if you want to do more ,it would be necessary to double the quantities to be able to make it in a classic pie mold.
