Fried rice with vegetables and tofu {vegan- sans gluten}

Riz frit

Finally, il faut juste faire cuire du riz (oui car le riz cru ça croque !) and cut the vegetables into julienne (super simple if you have a mandolin or a robot with this function !) and put it all together in a wok (while cooking a little). To tell you, the last one we did was Mr. who cooked, because I was coming home late, and he did really well… then convinced ?!

To do on lazy evenings or for a quick and balanced lunch !

    Yum, I had a block of tofu that I didn't know what to do with (and of course lots of good vegetables too), and I came across this recipe that made me want: tested and approved a thousand times!! Now I know what to do with my tofu 😉

    Very good!
    I marinated the tofu with ginger soy sauce and a little lemongrass. So I did not add soy sauce to the cooking but a clove of garlic.
    A massacre! Thanks for the recipe
