noodle spring rolls, avocados and red meat radishes

Crunchy, softness and colors for a version that awakens our taste buds !

5.2.14It looks so good but I can't help but want to accompany these rolls with a little sauce, Is it superfluous and if not which one would you recommend? ?
Emilie
5.2.14No, it’s not superfluous, I recommend a shoyu type soy sauce or a spring roll sauce made with nuoc mam.
