Sablés au parmesan

Le week-end arrive et vous n’avez rien en tête pour l’apéro ? J’ai la solution avec ces supers sablés au parmesan, facile à faire pour un apéro « fait maison » qui ravira vos amis !

Je n’ai pas réitéré l’expérience mais je me souviens que Monsieur avait tout dévoré le soir mêmeoui oui ils savent être gourmands ces hommes !!!

Shortbread Parmesan cheese

Ingredients (for twenty)

  • 100 g of flour
  • 80 g grated parmesan
  • 40 g semi-salted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 5 key of water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch of Espelette pepper

Description

Travaillez la farine et l’œuf puis ajoutez le beurre pommade et le parmesan. Ajoutez l’eau au fur et à mesure puis assaisonnez.

Formez un boudin en le roulant dans du papier film puis réservez 30 minutes au congélateur.

Preheat the oven to 200°.

Cut the sausage into slices of approximately 1 cm then place the shortbread on a baking tray.

Bake 12-13 minutes.

Sablés au parmesan

Let cool before enjoying at aperitif time !
