Tartines of tzatziki and beans with lemon {vegan}

!!! Okay, back to our toast, I often pass by the beans because firstly you buy some 1 kg and in the end you end up with 300 g ! In addition, let's not hide it, it takes a long time to peel after cooking… the only thing I can tell you is to either buy frozen ones already peeled, or to be patient because these little things are still very good !

As a result, apart from the chore of beans, You won't need much for this recipe other than good bread., cucumber, soy yogurt and some herbs and lemon to make it a real dish… or not ! Devoured with good lemonade (homemade of course), these toasts will, I hope so, your happiness for a meal or more if you like !

    Yum, I adore …
    Considering the time I spent in Greece, I know well as well as the horiatiki, the Greek salad so imitated but never equaled… Not always easy to be vegan in Greece, but we can still have fun.
    I like your toast and I see that you have amplified your work with the addition of beans, but what a delight … I love this , I made some last week, 2kg, long long, but the pleasure and tasting, Heavenly … Merci, nice memory
