Spread of peas with mint {vegan}

An aperitif recipe ready in two minutes flat,

ok I don't count the shelling time, but then we put everything in the blender and let's go my kiki ! I love to eat it with small vegetables like radishes, carrots or mini turnips but it is also perfect on toast on bread or to accompany the curry/rice combo. I leave you with the recipe, you'll see you can't go wrong !

It's been a while since I've posted here, Because (for those who don't follow me on social media), we had our bikes stolen at the end of June, including our family electric cargo bike. It took me a long time to get out of the amazement and I created an online kitty for those who wish to help us finance a new bike. Every little gesture counts and I believe that together we can do great things so THANK YOU.
