Salad From Red Cabbage, potatoes and corn
Et puis je dois vous dire une seule chose, take advantage of the fresh corn season because it's still way better than its canned namesake !
good salad !
- 1 little red cabbage
- 10 small new potatoes
- 1 fresh corn on the cob
- 1 Red onion
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1 drizzle of rapeseed oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
- You sell
- Cook the potatoes the English way (boiling salted water) 10-15 minutes depending on their size (poke to check for doneness). Book.
- Remove the husk from the corn and cook it 6 minutes in salted boiling water. Let cool.
- Finely chop the cabbage and onion, cut the potatoes in four then using a good knife remove the corn seeds by holding it straight and cutting the corn lengthwise.
- Add the chopped dill to the mixture.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing the vinegar, the agave syrup and a good drizzle of oil, emulsify and add to the salad.

3.9.15Oh you found fresh corn in a market in Grenoble? I don't think I've ever seen one! When I was in Germany I found some, I made an orgy out of it haha! This salad is super pretty with these colors, I will have to try it because all the ingredients are foods that I love, but I think I have rarely associated them.
Emilie
11.9.15I find it both on the market of the estacade on the producer side but also on the organic market place Firmin Gauthier ! Thank you very much Nina 😉
