Tomato salad, Vine peaches and mozzarella

Un salade simple, effective and tasty which I hope will bring a little warmth to this somewhat chilly month of September !

- 3 field tomatoes
- 1 vine peach
- 1/2 bunch of basil
- 1 buffalo mozzarella
- 1 drizzle of olive oil
- Flower of salt
- Cut the tomatoes and peach into quarters.
- Tear the mozzarella into pieces and add the basil leaves.
- Mix everything together and serve with a drizzle of olive oil and fleur de sel..

8.9.15This is a VERY original idea ! However, I wonder about one thing : is the combination of tomatoes and peaches, It doesn't make a very sweet salad. ? I think that the buffalo mozzarella must come to “temporize” this, but I would like your feelings.

11.9.15Thank you very much Cécile, that’s really nice 😉 The tomato-peach proportion means that it’s not too sweet and the sweetness and milkiness of the mozzarella adds to all that. !

11.9.15Hello Emily! Thank you for this recipe: delicious, original, delicate and refined...and yet very simple,we have the Big Wolf and me,adored… I didn't have any mozzarella on hand so I replaced it with toasted pumpkin seeds and mini blinis…a wonder!!!.
Thank you again for this great find…
