Raspberry-mango popsicle smoothie

Je sais qu’il n’est plus tellement question de bikini (except those who are lucky enough to take their vacation in September) but no guilt with these little ice creams full of fruit !
I leave you, I'm going to refresh myself by eating an ice cream !

- 250 g raspberries
- 1 mango
- 50 cl of coconut milk
- The juice of half a lemon
- du sirop d'agave (optional)
- Start by blending the raspberries (keep a good dozen aside) with half the coconut milk and agave syrup if necessary. Pass the preparation through a strainer to remove the grains. Divide half of the smoothie into the stick molds then put in the freezer 20 minutes. Reserve the rest of the smoothie to make the second.
- Put the mango in pieces with the lemon juice and the rest of the coconut milk in the blender and mix. Spread the entire preparation over the first and add the whole raspberries. Leave to freeze 30 minutes.
- Finally finish with a layer of raspberry smoothie then leave to freeze 3 hours before eating.

31.8.15Hello ! I love the look of your ice cream! I'm not a big fan of raspberries and even red fruits in general., but the appearance is really aesthetic. I would have to test the recipe with my family who love red fruits. !!
