Green bean and kasha salad
Brief, this little salad, you acclaimed it on Instagram, so I couldn't help but draw my camera under the evening light to offer you the recipe. A rather particular clever mix that works wonderfully, so get started !
In any case, I hope you will like it because it is an understatement to say that this salad is unusual !
- 3 large handfuls of fresh green beans
- 250 g for kasha (roasted buckwheat)
- 150 g shelled peas
- 100 g currants
- 1 tablespoon of nigella seeds
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- The juice of half a lemon
- You sell
- Cook the green beans 10 minutes in boiling salted water then plunge them into cold water.
- Do the same with the peas for cooking 6 minutes.
- Cook the kasha in salted boiling water 7 minutes, drain and reserve.
- Mix together, and kasha, peas, green beans, gooseberries and nigella.
- Prepare a vinaigrette by emulsifying the lemon juice, olive oil and salt together and add to the salad.

2.8.15a very pretty salad that I will test one of these 4. I already have kasha at home, although making it is just as easy and less expensive..
Thanks for your recipe.
