Cauliflower Steak, yogurt and herbs {vegan – sans gluten}

Je dois vous avouer que l’on voue une grande passion au chou-fleur rôti que ce soit entier or in morceaux. Alors je peux vous dire que ce steak de chou-fleur a fait des heureux, bon j’avoue surtout les adultes !!! En vrai les enfants en ont mangé quand même, car ce plat est juste un petit bonheur à chaque bouchée, du croquant, du grillé, du moelleux et du crémeux, tout y est ! Bon je crois que ça se voit que j’ai adoré faire ce plat, j’espère que je vous le vends bien car j’ai vraiment envie que vous la testiez !

Cauliflower Steak, yogurt and herbs {vegan – sans gluten}

POUR 4 PEOPLE

  • 1 cauliflower
  • olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of Espelette pepper
  • Pine nuts
  • fresh herbs (here parsley, mint and chives)
  • 200 g plain vegetable yogurt (here soy)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • you sell
  • Start by preparing the chili oil, to do this simply mix 10 cl of olive oil with smoked paprika and chili pepper.
  • Cut the cauliflower into two centimeter thick slices then brush with chili oil and salt..
  • Bake 20 minutes at 200°.
  • During this time, chop the herbs then prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing the yogurt with salt, lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of olive oil and half of the chopped herbs.
  • Roast the pine nuts in the oven or pan for a few minutes.
  • Serve the roasted cauliflower steak with the yogurt sauce, add the pine nuts and a little chili oil to taste.
