Oui je sais encore une tartenon je ne suis pas mono-maniaque des tartes mais que voulez-vous, je trouve que c’est un bon moyen de profitez des fruits de saison. et cette fois c’est au tour des framboises et de la rhubarbe de passer à la casserole in the oven. Framboise et rhubarbe c’est vraiment un mélange que j’adore (même si fraise-rhubarbe est plus connu) alors en tarte… Anyway, cette tarte c’est juste le mélange de deux fruits que j’adore et qui se trouve en abondance dans le jardin de montagne de mes parents, qui je dois dire sont l’été un de mes fournisseurs chouchous de fruits et de légumes !

So off we go for a raspberry tart, simple, good and stupid, which I'm sure will be perfect for that little snack you were planning to have this weekend… quoi, no snack in sight ?! This needs to be corrected then !

Recette tarte aux framboises

Raspberry and rhubarb tart {without milk}
For a pie

Ingredients
  1. 250 g raspberries
  2. 6-7 rhubarb stalks
  3. 120 g ground almonds
  4. 100 g cane sugar
  5. FOR THE DOUGH
  6. 250 g of rye flour
  7. An egg
  8. 125 g vegetable margarine
  9. 60 g cane sugar
  10. 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
  1. Prepare the dough, for this pour the flour, sugar and salt in a salad bowl then add the margarine in pieces. Sand the dough with your fingertips then add the egg. Mix until you obtain a smooth dough.. Form a ball and refrigerate 1 hour.
  2. Spread the dough on 4 mm then press it into a pie mold.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  4. Mix half the sugar and the almond powder then spread the mixture over the dough.
  5. Add the raspberries then the previously peeled rhubarb sticks.
  6. Add the rest of the sugar on top.
  7. Bake 25-30 minutes.
  8. Decorate with some fresh raspberries and icing sugar.
