Les fruits de printemps ne sont pas encore arrivés et en ce moment il n’a plus grand chose sur les étals à part les dernières pommes ! Ici on en profite pas mal pour en faire des tartes, et notre préférée reste la tarte rustique aux pommes. L’avantage de la tarte rustique c’est qu’elle est facile à réaliser, pas besoin de moule ni de fonçage compliqué ! Du coup c’est souvent ce que je dégaine pour un goûter rapide avec les enfants, servie avec une chantilly ou une boule de glace là c’est le graal !!!

Rustic apple pie {vegan}

POUR 4-6 PEOPLE

  • 6 apples
  • 2 tablespoons of fine semolina
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

FOR THE SHORT DOUGH

  • 170 g of flour
  • 110 g of margarine vegetable
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Start by preparing the shortbread dough, for this put the flour, sugar and salt in a salad bowl then add the margarine in pieces. Sand the dough between your fingers then add the water, mix and form a ball.
  • Book cool 30 min.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Roll out the dough on 4 mm thick and place it on a baking tray. Spread the semolina on the dough.
  • Peel the apples, cut them into quarters then into thin slices.
  • Arrange the apples on the dough, leaving free 3 cm around the perimeter.
  • Then fold the edges of the dough over the apples and add the sugar over the entire tart..
  • Bake 30-35 minutes.
  • Enjoy warm or cold.
