Roquefort and pear toast
Ce soir c’est donc tartine roquefort et poire, a little sweet and savory recipe that is super simple to make and which will be perfect to enjoy in front of tonight's film !
Three ingredients for an ultra super mega simple Roquefort toast recipe, what more could you ask for on a Sunday evening? ?!!!
- 2 large slices of country bread
- 2 firm pears
- 50 roquefort g
- 30 g of pecorino snuff
- 1 filet d'huile d'olive
- Arugula
- Preheat the oven to 200°.
- Cut thin slices of pears with a mandolin.
- Lightly oil the bread then place the pear slices on top.
- Add the chopped Roquefort and grated pecorino.
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Serve with arugula on top
