C’est reparti pour une idée de repas facile, rapide et aimée des enfants, j’ai nommé les tortellinis. Pas de panique, je ne vais pas vous apprendre à faire des tortellinis (il faudrait pour ça bien plus que 30 minutes) mais bien de les accommoder avec une petite sauce aux champignons et aux noisettes qui va bien ! Oui parce que la sauce tomate ça va bien 5 minutes, et en plus il parait que ça fait parti des trucs qu’on ne trouve plus trop en ces temps de confinement (bon même si la sauce tomate c’est hyper kids friendly !). Ici on aime tout autant voir plus les sauces aux champignons, We often make a very simple sauce based on mushrooms, garlic and cream or Fried mushrooms But there I decided to twist it a little with new onion and roasted hazelnuts.

Here we are a fan of mushrooms, We don't live close to the forest for nothing (Finally when we can go back !) ! I don't know if it's the same for you but I have the impression besides that cooking is a bit of my only activity of the day (at the same time for 5 and active with children, I necessarily spend a lot of time !). So yes you have to know how to please the times that run, So we put ourselves in the kitchen we make dishes worthy of top chef confainment at home with almost empty supermarkets !!!

Tortellini with mushrooms and hazelnuts {vegan}

POUR 4 PEOPLE

  • 400 g of mushroom tortellinis
  • 8-10 mushrooms of Paris
  • 2 spring onions
  • 20 cl of soy or almond cream
  • 50 grams of hazelnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Hazelnut oil drizzle
  • Put the hazelnuts in a pan and grill them over high heat without stirring during 3-4 minutes. Book
  • Cook the tortellinis as indicated on the package.
  • Chop the new onions and cut the mushrooms into slices.
  • Brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil over high heat and while stirring during 4 minutes. Add the soy sauce, remuez jusqu’à évaporation, salt, poivrez et ajoutez la crème. Réservez au chaud.
  • Servez la sauce sur les tortellinis, ajoutez les noisettes et un filet d’huile de noisette.
