Roquefort truffles, pistachio and cranberry

Cette petite recette je l’ai crée à base de roquefort Papillon (the best !), to win a nice little weekend in Toulouse and if you are good I will tell you about it soon !

To peck with your fingers, yes because what’s great is that it doesn’t stick, or to spread on a good slice of homemade bread.

I don't like Roquefort, I'm not a fan of blue cheeses in general. I remember a memorable recipe for pears gratinated with Roquefort that went away… in the trash. A nice mess ^^’. However, I have an idea that these little things would be perfect using fresh goat cheese… =D

An excellent gourmet idea to remember !
This combination should somewhat attenuate the strong taste of Roquefort which bothers some people.. Moi, I like it as is but proposed like this… I'm going there !

Thank you Corinne 😉 The taste of Roquefort is still there but it is mainly for a better hold of the truffles !!!
