Bruschettarien que le nom respire le soleil, You can not find ?! Oui je sais en ce moment je suis d’humeur italienne, après mon one pot pasta je m’attaque à l’apéro. La saison des asperges bat son plein il est donc l’heure d’en profiter, et chez nous c’est quasiment asperges tous les jours pendant la saison ! Et quoi de mieux que l’excuse des jours qui rallongent pour se faire un bon apéro et se concocter ces bruschetta asperge, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. En grande fan d’asperges que je suis et voyant notre immense pot de pesto maison (without cheese) dans le frigo, l’idée était toute trouvée d’en faire des tartines. Asparagus bruschetta, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes
Pour 8 bruschetta

Ingredients
  1. 1 small bunch of fine green asparagus (250 g)
  2. 4 tablespoons of pesto
  3. 6 dried tomatoes
  4. 8 slices of country bread
  5. Olive oil
  6. Radishes (optional)
Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°.
  2. Arrange the slices of bread on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and toast 10 minutes.
  3. Peel the asparagus stalks and cut them into 2/3 in the length.
  4. Brown them with a drizzle of olive oil 5-7 minutes in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cut the dried tomatoes into pieces.
  6. Arrange the asparagus on the bread slices, add the dried tomatoes, pesto and add radish slices.
  7. Taste without delay.
