lemon squares

On voit depuis pas mal de temps cette recette de carrés au citron sur la blogo culinaire et je dois dire que ça m’a donné envie de m’y mettre moi aussi ! Voici donc une version ultra rapide de la recette de carrés au citron, qui se réalise directement avec le lemon curd au citron beldi et qui se dévore tout aussi rapidement !

Ingredients (pour un plat rectangulaire ou carré)
For the dough
- 150 g of flour
- 115 g of butter
- 20 g icing sugar
- 20 g de maïzena
- 1 pinch of salt
Pour le lemon curd
- 130 g cane sugar
- 100 g de beurre en dés
- 4 eggs
- Juice and zest of 2 petits citrons corse
- Le jus et le zeste d’un citron beldi

Description
Pour réaliser le lemon curd la recette ici.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
For the dough, mix all the ingredients together and stir with your fingertips to obtain a homogeneous and crumbly mixture.
Line the mold with a sheet of baking paper and add the dough, pack lightly and let cook 25 min the time for the dough to color.
Add the lemon curd on top and let it cook 15-20 min at 150°.
Let cool, cut into squares, sprinkle with icing sugar and devour !
