Liège chocolate, chantilly coco {vegan}
And then if you have any coconut whipped cream left, three solutions are available to you : 1. prepare a new round of Liège chocolate, 2. concoct you a pavlova blanche or 3. finish the whipped cream in the piping bag, but now i can't answer anything !!!
I hope you will like this Liège chocolate as much as I do.… to drink wrapped in a big blanket (by the fire would be ideal) and without moderation of course !
- 400 ml of vegetable milk of your choice (or cow's milk)
- 70 g dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 box of refrigerated coconut milk
- 30 g icing sugar
- Prepare the whipped cream, to do this, open the can of coconut milk on top and collect the cream. Beat it until you get a whipped cream then add the icing sugar and continue beating. 30 second. Put the whipped cream in a pocket with a fluted tip and keep cool.
- Heat the vegetable milk in a saucepan with the chocolate and cocoa.
- Stir with a whisk until boiling.
- Pour into cups, add the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with a little cocoa.
