Des années que je peaufine cette recette de cookies aux pépites de chocolat jusqu’à obtenir la recette parfaite ! A la fois moelleux et croustillants et full pépites de chocolat, c’est franchement les cookies les plus décadents (en même temps vu la quantité de sucre et de margarine, ça ne peut être que gourmand !!!). Bon et puis clairement les cookies tout le monde aime ça, c’est d’ailleurs les biscuits préférés de Monsieur et ceux avec lesquels je l’ai séduit (enfin j’espère qu’il n’y avait pas que ça !).

Soft chocolate chip cookies {without milk}

FOR A FORTNIGHT

  • 400 g of flour
  • 250 g of margarine 80% de MG
  • 200 g of good dark chocolate
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g of brown vergeoise
  • 1 big egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel
  • Break the chocolate into pieces the size of nuggets..
  • Beat the creamed margarine with the sugars in a mixer until you obtain a smooth mixture.. Add the egg, vanilla extract and continue to beat.
  • Mix the flour, bicarbonate and a pinch of fleur de sel together, and add to the previous mixture to obtain a thick paste.
  • Finally add the chocolate pieces then stir.
  • Book cool 1/2 hour.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°.
  • Take the dough out of the fridge and form balls the size of a small ping pong ball.. Place the balls on a plate, crushing them slightly and spacing them well apart..
  • Cook 10 min for each tour.

    extra!I chose to add dark chocolate chips 70% it's just to die for! Plus the designer told me to put what I liked in it,so I went on a tour with white chocolate chips…a royal,thanks for the suggestion emily!

    I just made this recipe that had been eyeing me for a long time. (I was missing the vergeoise…). My brother came to get coffee and ate it without being able to stop 🙂 and my children enjoyed the snack!!
