Pomegranate and Grape Couscous

Pomegranate and Grape Couscous

Ingredients (pour 2)

  • 200 g de semoule de couscous
  • 1 grenade
  • 40 g raisins
  • 20 cl of vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pincée de paprika
  • 1 filet d’huile d’olive
  • Salt and pepper

Description

Meanwhile separate the pomegranate grains and set aside.

Make the couscous with your fingers or a fork, Rectify the seasoning.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a saucepan and add the couscous, Stir well so that the grains does not attach. Heat up 4 minutes.

Finally add the grapes and pomegranate.

Couscous à la grenade et aux raisins

Enjoy hot.
