Croquettes with pesto and sunflower seeds

Tout est très souvent prétexte à prendre l’apéritif (You can not find ?!), alors il faut trouver de quoi grignoter et se faire plaisir pendant ces moments partagés entre amis ou en famille. J’avais déjà réalisé une recette de croquets au tout début du blog (just here), et un peu plus d’un an après en voici une autre version.
Et avec les belles journées d’automne que nous avons en ce moment, il faut bien fêter ça, non ?!
SO, on prend l’apéro ?!
Croquettes with pesto and sunflower seeds
Ingredients (for twenty)
- 300 g of flour
- 10 cl d’huile d’olive
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. to s. de pesto
- 1 c. to s. herbs of Provence
- 1 c. at c. bicarbonate of soude
- 1 pinch of chilli
- 1/2 c. at c. of sel
Description
In a salad bowl, versez la farine, baking soda and salt, faite un puits et versez au centre les œufs, l’huile et le pesto. Mix everything quickly to form the dough. Then add the sunflower seeds, Provençal herbs and chili pepper.
Form two sausages of 3 cm in diameter and flatten them slightly. Set aside in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 200°.
Cut slices that are not too thick and place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes.

Give them time to cool and enjoy!

17.11.12It replaces yeast, you can swap them if you don't have one.
