Crumble de mangue, framboise

La saison des fruits exotiques bat son plein alors pourquoi ne pas en profiter (avec modération quand même, pensons à la planète) pour vous faire un petit plaisir. Les framboises étaient encore de saison au moment où j’ai réalisé cette recette, c’était même des framboises du super jardin de mes parents. A cette saison, vous pouvez toujours réaliser le crumble avec des framboises surgelées !

Voici donc un délicieux crumble à la mangue et à la noix de coco avec des framboises, de la menthe et du citron vert !

mango crumble, raspberry, coconut and mint

Ingredients (pour 2 gourmands)

  • 1 petite mangue
  • 60 g raspberries
  • Une dizaine de feuilles de menthe
  • Le jus et le zeste d’un citron vert
  • 2 c. to s. agave syrup
For the crumble dough
  • 50 g of flour
  • 50 g of butter
  • 25 g grated coconut
  • 20 g cane sugar
Description

Peel and cut the mango into cubes, put it in a salad bowl with the agave syrup, the chopped mint as well as the juice and the zest of the lime and leave to marinate 10 min.

Meanwhile prepare the crumble. To do this, put all the ingredients together in a bowl and sand the preparation with your fingertips to obtain the crumble..

Preheat the oven to 180°.

In a baking dish, put the mango with its marinade and add the raspberries on top.

Then add the crumble on top and bake 25 min.

Crumble de mangue, framboise

Enjoy warm with grated lime zest on top and why not accompanied by a scoop of vanilla or coconut ice cream.
